Cancellation Policy
We get it—life happens. To receive a full refund, please cancel your class through Acuity or via email/text at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be considered a no-show and the class will be charged in full, whether it’s part of a class pack or a drop-in.
Late Policy
Our classes move fast, and for the safety of all participants, doors will lock 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Clients arriving after this time will not be permitted to join the session. In these cases, the class will be considered a missed session and will be subject to our cancellation policy, including any applicable charges.
Class Pack Expiration Policy
All class packs expire 1 year from the date of purchase. We recommend prebooking your classes to ensure you get the most out of your pack and avoid any expired sessions.
Photography and Video Policy
Photos and/or videos may be taken during classes for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let your instructor know so we can move you to a location that will not be on camera.
Child Policy
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in class without a supervising adult.
Additionally, children are not allowed in the lobby during class unless prior permission has been granted by the instructor.
Phone Policy
We encourage phones to stay in the lobby with your belongings. If you choose to keep your phone near your mat, all notifications must be completely silenced to avoid distracting other class members.
Class Minimum Policy
To ensure the best experience for everyone, classes require a minimum of 3 participants. If fewer than 3 people are signed up, we may cancel the class. In the event of a cancellation, all registered clients will receive a class credit or full refund.
