Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

  • At Move Fitness Collective, we’ve got you covered. All the equipment you need for your class is provided in the studio—just bring a few essentials from home.

    We recommend bringing:

    • A water bottle to stay hydrated, especially during our high-energy classes.

    • Your own yoga mat (we also have mats available for rent if needed).

Everything else—props, barre equipment, and any other class tools—are provided for you, so you can focus on moving, sweating, and feeling strong.

  • For noticeable improvements in strength, tone, flexibility, and overall fitness, we recommend 2–3 classes per week—about 8–12 classes per month. Consistency is key: regular attendance helps your body adapt, progress, and build lasting results.

Our Mat Power Pilates classes deliver a full-body burn and will tone faster than most other modalities, but for a well-rounded approach to strength and fitness, we encourage incorporating steps, cardio, or weight training alongside your Move classes. Mixing Pilates, barre, and yoga can help you target different muscle groups, enhance endurance, and feel stronger in every part of your body.

Listen to your body, stay consistent, and celebrate every bit of progress along the way.

For small group classes, we recommend letting us know at least 1 month in advance so we can reserve your preferred time and ensure a great experience for everyone.

  • We’re always excited to see what new instructors can bring to Move Fitness Collective! We only hire licensed and insured instructors, so if that’s you, we encourage you to reach out.

To get started, contact us to schedule an audition and show us your skills, energy, and teaching style—we love discovering instructors who align with our high-energy, intentional approach to movement.

  • We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to grab your spot, get set up with any props, and settle in.

Doors lock 5 minutes after class starts to keep everyone safe and the flow uninterrupted. If you know you’ll be 3 or more minutes late, please text or call so we can accommodate you safely.

  • Absolutely! All of our classes include modifications to meet you where you are. If it’s your first time, just let your instructor know so they can guide you and ensure you feel confident and supported throughout the class.

  • It depends! Classes close online 30 minutes before start time, so if you’re last-minute, reach out to us and we’ll let you know if there’s room. We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins when space allows, but booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your spot.

  • No worries! Just email, call, text, or DM us—literally any way you want to reach out, we’ve got you.

  • To ensure the best experience, classes require at least 3 participants. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, all registered clients will receive a class credit or a full refund.
